Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician (1 Full-time Position-Night Shift) United Blood Services, a leader in the blood banking industry, is now taking applications for the position of Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician. This position will perform required tests and processing accurately. Component production. Successful applicant will possess a good understanding of immunohematology. Able to stand for long periods of time, bend and lift up to 40 pounds. Very detail oriented with effective communication, organizational and issue solving abilities. Must maintain donor, patient and employee confidentiality. Basic keyboarding skills and expertise to handle and operate laboratory equipment are essential. Starting pay $15.19/hour for MLT and $19.27/hour for MT. 3nd shift premium applies. Initial training is 8
